8.\nAWARD AGREEMENT NO. 4402 WITH CART MART, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF SIX LOW SPEED\nVEHICLES (GOLF CARTS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Agreement, No. 4402 with Cart Mart, Inc (Cart Mart), for a one-year (1-year) term, to purchase six\n(6) street legal Low Speed Vehicles (Golf Carts), for a total not-to-exceed amount of $120,003; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve purchase change orders up to an additional ten percent (10%) or\n$12,001 of the total agreement amount; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 adopted operating budget to increase appropriations by $132,004 in\nAccount No. 600-90-915-6082 (Transit, Administration, Corporate Shop, Vehicle Purchases); and\n4. Approve disposing of Transit vehicles that are beyond their useful life through an acceptable process\nsuch as surplus, transfer to another Department or other method as allowed by existing policies; and,\n5. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
