9.\nAPPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4378 WITH ALARM PROGRAM SYSTEMS (APS)\nFOR ALARM PERMITTING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4378 with Alarm Program Systems, LLC (APS) for Alarm\nPermitting Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
