14.\nREJECT BIDS RECEIVED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SENIOR CENTER REMODEL PROJECT (CP 925)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Reject bids received for construction of the Senior Center Remodel Project (CP 925) in accordance with\nPublic Contract Code Section 22038(a)(1); and\n2. Authorize staff to modify the project scope of work in conformance with all applicable engineering\nstandards; and\n3. Authorize staff to re-advertise the Notice Inviting Bid in accordance with Public Contract Code Section\n22038(a)(1); and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
