12.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3878 WITH SHOCKWAVE ELECTRIC FOR THE\nPROVISION OF CITYWIDE ON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 3878 between the City of Montebello and Shockwave\nElectric, increasing the annual not-to-exceed amount by an additional Seventy Thousand Dollars\n($70,000); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
