10.\nAPPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 26-05 FOR FEDERAL LOBBYING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve issuing a Federal Lobbying Services Request for Proposals (RFP No. 26-05); and\n2. Approve establishing a blanket Purchase Order (PO) with the existing vendor, Lincoln Concepts, for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), to continue providing federal lobbying\nservices for a six (6) month term; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
