16.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4403 WITH PRECISION CONCRETE CUTTING, INC. FOR CITYWIDE\nSIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (CP 941)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Agreement No. 4403 between the City of Montebello and Precision Concrete Cutting, Inc for\nsidewalk improvements project (CP 941) for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000; and\n2. Approve use of a cooperative agreement between Public Risk Innovation Solutions and Management\n(PRISM) and Precision Concrete Cutting as allowed by Montebello Municipal Code Chapter 3.20.050(F)\n– Cooperative Purchases; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4403 on behalf of the City; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
