21.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-85 AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR\nFUNDING PROVIDED BY THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT AND THROUGH THE LOCAL\nTRANSPORTATION FUND AND THE STATE TRANSIT ASSISTANCE FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-85 authorizing the Director of Finance to submit a claim for funding provided by\nthe Transportation Development Act and through the Local Transportation Fund and the State Transit\nAssistance Fund for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
