11. 23-0133 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary, including any necessary amendments, to enter into\na contract with The Kennard Development Group, dba KDG Construction\nConsulting, of Glendale, CA, for Engineering Construction Management\nServices for the Taxilane K Reconstruction and the Construct Taxilane U\nprojects at the Long Beach Airport, in the amount of $1,235,144, with a 15\npercent contingency in the amount of $185,272, for a total amount not to\nexceed $1,420,416, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for\nthree additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager;\nand\nIncrease appropriations in the Airport Fund Group in the Airport\nDepartment by $1,420,416, offset by funds available.
