19. 23-0249 Recommendation to receive and file Amendment No. 4 to Contract No.\n35750 with Healthvana Inc., of Los Angeles, CA, to provide COVID-19 test\npatient results reporting services, extending the contract period to\nFebruary 28, 2023, made pursuant to Chapters 2.69 and 2.85 of the Long\nBeach Municipal Code (LBMC) and in response to the proclaimed\nemergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic; and\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary\nto amend Contract No. 35750 with Healthvana, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA, to\nprovide COVID-19 test patient results reporting services, to extend the term\nof the contract date through May 11, 2023, to align with the end of the\nFederal Public Health Emergency Declaration for COVID-19.
