A.5. Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) Funding for\nCommunity Resource Center (CRC) Food and Nutrition Center. (File 0230-20)\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2023-001:\na. Approving the funding allocation of $31,150 from the CDBG-CV Fund to\nCommunity Resource Center to administer the Food and Nutrition Center\nProgram to benefit Solana Beach residents impacted by the Coronavirus\npandemic.\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to submit any necessary documents to the County\nto approve the Food and Nutrition Center Program as an authorized use of\nCDBG-CV funding and get reimbursement.\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to increase the offsetting budget increases of\n$31,150 for both revenue and expenses in the CDBG Fund.\nd. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment with the County for\nmanagement and implementation of the CDBG-CV program and such other\nagreements, memoranda of understanding and documents related thereto.\ne. After the amendment with the County is executed, authorizing the City Manager\nto execute an agreement with the Community Resource Center in the amount\nof $31,150 to administer the Food and Nutrition Center Program.\nItem A.5.
