24. 23-0758 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFQ AP-22-160 and\naward a contract to Jacobs Project Management Co., of Irvine, CA, for\nEngineering Construction Management Services for the Terminal\nRoadway Improvements Project at the Long Beach Airport, in the\namount of $1,579,880, authorize a 15 percent contingency in the\namount of $236,982, for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$1,816,862, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and,\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nnecessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Airport Fund Group in the Airport\nDepartment by $1,816,862, offset by grant revenues and Airport funds\navailable.
