Item 200:\nRescinding Council Policy 100-18 & Allocating Funds to the Transportation\nDepartment for Expedited Delivery.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe proposed actions will provide an additional 15% in parking meter revenues annually\n($2M-$2.5M) to invest in safer streets, improved infrastructure, and sustainable mobility.\nThis action will increase general fund appropriations in FY26 by $1.8 million to be\nreimbursed by eligible CPD funds.
