9.\n\nAuthorize the General Manager of Burbank Water and Power to Enter into an Electrical Services\n\nAgreement with the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority – Burbank Water and Power\n\nDepartment\n\nRecommendation:\n\nApprove and authorize the General Manager of Burbank Water and Power to:\n\n1. Execute an Electrical Services Agreement with the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport\n\nAuthority, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office;\n\n2. Execute any other ancillary documents, including amendments, in form and substance\n\nsatisfactory to the City Attorney’s Office and up to an amount available within the City Councilapproved Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget; and\n\n3.
