9.F. Police Department FY 25/26 OTS Pedestrian Bike Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Accepting grant funds and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an\nagreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Office of Traffic Safety\n(OTS) in the amount of $35,862 for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program;\n2. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and\nappropriate grant funds in fiscal year 2025-26, and execute an agreement, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, with the OTS in the amount of $35,862 for the\nPedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
