9.D. California State Library Zip Books Grant Fiscal Year 25-26\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to accept $5,130 in California State\nLibrary grant funding to purchase books and an Amazon Prime membership;\n2. Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to appropriate the $5,130 in grant funding\ninto the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year budget; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
