7.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council award a Public 25-986\nWorks Agreement (PWA) to RAC Construction &\nEngineering, Inc., in the amount of $766,351, for the\nproposed McNeil Street Improvements project; authorize\nthe City Engineer to execute Contract Change Orders up to\nthe amount of $200,000 as may be necessary; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
