9.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council award a contract to 25-983\nHPS Mechanical, Inc., in the amount of $1,010,800, for the\nconstruction of the La Salina Wastewater Treatment Plant\nSolids Dewatering and Headworks Buildings Structural\nRepairs; authorize the City Engineer to approve Change\nOrders up to 15 percent of the contract value for any\nunforeseen conditions for a total not to exceed amount of\n$1,162,420; approve a budget change in the amount of\n$600,000; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.
