City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council accept $100,000 in 25-1017\ngrant funds from Preserve Calavera through its Oceanside\nGreenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Fund (OGHGERF)\nand allocate the funds to operate the g’Oside Electric\nVehicle shuttle program between the time existing\noperating funds are depleted and December 31, 2025; and\nauthorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all\nrelated grant documents.
