57.\n57 - 62\nE&B Natural Resources Management Corporation Petroleum Pipeline\nFranchise Ordinance Amendment\nRevised ordinance for introduction granting a proprietary petroleum pipeline\nfranchise to E&B Natural Resources Management Corporation, a California\ncorporation (Franchisee), to operate and maintain its existing petroleum pipeline\nsystem for a period of five years, beginning on October 23, 2025 November 27,\n2025, and expiring on October 22, 2030 November 26, 2030. The base annual\nfee payable to the County by the Franchisee will be determined according to a\nformula set forth in Section 2 of this franchise ordinance. The Franchisee will\nalso pay the County a granting fee of $10,000.
