48.\nArchitectural, Engineering, and Related Services Master Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve a model master agreement for the provision of\nas-needed architectural, engineering, and related services for the Sheriff's\nDepartment's Facilities Planning Bureau, for a term of five years, with two\none-year extension options, for a total term not to exceed seven years, at an\nestimated annual expenditure for the services of $1,000,000, and actual\nexpenditures incurred solely on as-needed basis, funding for the services is\nincluded in the Department’s Fiscal Year 2025-26 operating budget and will be\nincluded in the future years’ budgets, as necessary. Authorize the Sheriff to\nexecute agreements with qualified vendors commencing upon execution by the\nSheriff. Execute amendments and change notices to the agreements to\neffectuate modifications, which do not materially affect any term of the\nagreements. Modify the agreements to include new or revised standard County\ncontract provisions adopted by the Board as required from time to time,\nincluding all applicable documents. Execute the extension options if it is in the\nbest interest of the County. Effectuate the assignment and delegation/mergers\nor acquisitions provision.
