Approve the Fiscal Year 2024-25 year-end appropriation adjustments for\nthe Department of Health Services (DHS) to adjust its Enterprise Fund\nobligated fund balance to $1,475.4 million as of June 30, 2025, including\n$325.3 million in restricted Provider Relief Funds back to the available\nfund balance;\n2. Approve the FY 2024-25 appropriation adjustments to realign funding for\nthe Measure B Special Revenue Fund; and\n3. Approve the FY 2024-25 appropriation adjustments to adjust long-term\nreceivables for Cost Based Reimbursement Clinics, Enhanced Payment\nProgram, Quality Incentive Program, and Managed Care Rate\nSupplement revenues at various DHS facilities.
