Approve and authorize the Director to finalize and execute a\nchange order with PCN3, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $1,180,000, to\nincorporate full-height, fire-rated interior partition walls in the warehouse to\ncomply with the fire code requirements for the intended warehouse operations\nand functions. The two proposed change orders are for a total amount not to\nexceed $2,360,000. Sufficient funding is available in the approved project\nbudget to cover the costs of the proposed change orders.
