(17) 23-0002-S20 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CHIEF LEGISLATIVE ANALYST (CLA) and RESOLUTIONS relative to the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) 2023-2024 proposed legislative program. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: APPROVE the accompanying RESOLUTIONS, attached to the Council file, to SPONSOR and/or SUPPORT legislation in the 2023-2024 Federal and State Legislative Programs, as recommended by the BOS to reuse and recycle local water, remove per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances from wastewater systems, and the reduction of single-use plastics.
