Approving the final map will\nallow the property owner to record the map and start construction of the four\ncondominium units.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 83179;\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Parcel Map No. 83179; and\n3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small\nStructures) and Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the California\nCEQA Guidelines.
