F. APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH GRETCHEN STERLING TO OPERATE AND MANAGE THE TEMPLE\nCITY CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET\nThe City Council is requested to approve the Second Amendment to the Service\nAgreement with Gretchen Sterling to continue to operate and manage the Temple\nCity Certified Farmers Market.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the Second Amendment to the Service Agreement\n(Attachment “A”) with Gretchen Sterling to operate and manage the Temple City\nCertified Farmers Market;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the Service Agreement; and\n3. Find that approval of the Service Agreement is not a “Project” as defined\nunder Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State\nGuidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no\nenvironmental review is required
