GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider rejecting the bids received to\nconstruct CIP 2507, Hammond & Alta Loma Bollard Replacement Project,\nand authorize staff to reissue and re-advertise the bid.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Reject the bids to construct CIP 2507,\nHammond & Alta Loma Bollards Replacement Project, as submitted on\nAugust 14, 2025, and return the associated bid bonds; and 2) Authorize\nstaff to reissue and re-advertise the bid solicitation construct CIP 2507,\nHammond & Alta Loma Bollard Replacement Project.
