Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE that the Mayor's appointment of Rasha Shields to the Board of Police Commissioners for the term ending June 30, 2026, is APPROVED and CONFIRMED. Ms. Shields will fill the vacancy created by Dale Bonner, whose resignation will be deemed effective upon the swearing-in of Ms. Shields. She resides in Council District 2.
