Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE that the Mayor's appointment of Dr. Erroll Southers to the Board of Police Commissioners for the term ending June 30, 2025, is APPROVED and CONFIRMED.  Dr. Southers will fill the vacancy created by Eileen Decker, who has resigned.  Dr. Southers resides in Council District 11.  (Current Composition: M = 2; F = 1, Vacant = 2).
