Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated March 14, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1400 West 218th Street (Case No. 803430), Assessor I.D. No. 7346-006-010, from the REAP.
