(32) 23-0235 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Faline Kissick, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 19STCV27636. (This matter arises from a trip and fall on November 8, 2018, on a vertical displacement on the 6000 block of Canoga Boulevard, Los Angeles.)
