(8) 17-0090-S19 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to increasing the Area Median Income (AMI) limits in Proposition HHH (Prop HHH) funded projects serving veterans. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), or designee, to: Increase the AMI limits in Prop HHH funded veteran projects to 50 percent AMI, as needed and determined by the LAHD. Modify the terms of loan documents and execute all necessary documents to reflect such modifications, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form. Fiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact to the General Fund.
