(1) 22-0900-S76 CD 4 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Rancho Street and Oak Park Avenue Street Lighting District. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
