(10) 22-0900-S85 CD 11 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Butler and Iowa Avenues Street Lighting District. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
