No. 6073-019-003, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated May 1, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 350 East 111th  Street (Case No. 572904), Assessor I.D. No. 6073-019-003, from the REAP.
