No. 5002-013-035, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated May 1, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1314 West 57th  Street (Case No. 116119), Assessor I.D. No. 5002-013-035, from the REAP.
