(42) 13-0933-S6 CD 14 MOTION (DE LEON - LEE) relative to funding for project construction and related costs required for the completion of the Sixth Street Parks, Arts, and River Connectivity (PARC) project. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $2,000,000 from the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281214 (CD 14 Redevelopment Projects - Services), to a new account in the Engineering Special Services Fund No. 682/50, entitled "Sixth Street PARC Project", for project construction and related costs required for the completion of the Sixth Street PARC project. AMEND the Council action of December 13, 2022 regarding the Arts Development Fee Update and the adoption of the Arts Development Fee Expenditure Report (Council file No. 13-0933-S6) to change the proposed use of three Council District 14 Accounts (SD 11, TD59, and PA79), from "TBD" to "6th ST PARC" in the amount not to exceed $500,000. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering and Department of Cultural Affairs to make any technical corrections or clarifications to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
