No. 5044-023-012, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated May 18, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 2515 West Exposition Place (Case No. 704715), Assessor I.D. No. 5044-023-012, from the REAP.
