(17) 23-0532 COMMUNICATION FROM THE BUREAU OF STREET LIGHTING (BSL) and ORDINANCES OF INTENTION FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to establishing a hearing date for the maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2023-24 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ADOPT the report of the Director, BSL, dated May 10, 2023, attached to the Council file. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE OF INTENTION, dated April 17, 2023, setting the date of June 20, 2023 as the hearing date for the maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2023-24 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District - Benefiting Footage Method. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE OF INTENTION, dated April 17, 2023, setting the date of June 20, 2023 as the hearing date for the maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2023-24 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District - Land Use Method.
