Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ADOPT the report of the Director, BSL, dated May 17, 2023, attached to the Council file. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE OF INTENTION, dated April 26, 2023, setting the date of June 20, 2023 as the hearing date for the Los Angeles City Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District.
