(19) 23-0549 COMMUNICATION FROM THE BUREAU OF STREET LIGHTING (BSL) and ORDINANCE OF INTENTION FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to establishing a hearing date for maintenance and operation of the annual assessment for the 1996-97 Z-Series Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for 2023-24. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ADOPT the report of the Director, BSL, dated May 10, 2023, attached to the Council file. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE OF INTENTION, dated April 17, 2023, setting the date of June 20, 2023 as the hearing date for the maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 1996-97 Z-Series Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for 2023-24.
