REQUEST the City Attorney, with the assistance of the DCP, to prepare and present an Ordinance to extend the operative date of July 22, 2023 for Ordinance No. 187712 (Processes and Procedures Ordinance) by an additional 180 days to January 22, 2024, and to include an urgency clause, if possible, to avoid any lapse in regulation.
