(21) 23-0431 COMMUNICATION FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL SERVICES relative to the acceptance of a $50,000 donation from Julie L. Wainwright for the Animal Welfare Trust Fund to support department programs. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Department of Animal Services to accept the $50,000 donation from Julie L. Wainwright for unrestricted purposes on behalf of the City. APPROVE the deposit of the funds into the Animal Welfare Trust Fund, Fund No. 859. APPROVE the disbursement of the funds in accordance with the provisions of the Animal Welfare Trust Fund.
