Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated April 24, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1471 West 20th Street (Case No. 756086), Assessor I.D. No. 5056-025-023, from the REAP.
