(13) 22-0668 CD 13 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION, PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to the rejection of the future street as public street located on 1901 West Blake Avenue. Recommendations for Council action: FIND that this rejection of the portion of future street as public street is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, pursuant to Article III, Class 5(22) of the City's Environmental Guidelines. ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION rejecting the future street as public street located on 1901 West Blake Avenue as shown on Exhibit A of the City Engineer report dated May 24, 2022, attached to the Council file, subject to the following condition: That petitioner make satisfactory arrangement with the Bureau of Engineering, Real Estate Division (RED) with respect to the payment of document recording fee. INSTRUCT the RED to record the Resolution with the Los Angeles County Recorder when the condition in Recommendation A of said City Engineer report has been complied with. FIND that this rejection of the future street as public street is in substantial conformance with the purpose, intent and provisions of the General Plan, pursuant to Section 556 of the City Charter. INSTRUCT the City Clerk, following Council adoption, to forward the Resolution rejecting the portion of future street as public street to the RED for processing.
