(14) 23-0480 CD 1 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the name of the private driveway off San Fernando Road, between Elm Street and Chaucer Street being established as Kerr Road. Recommendations for Council action: FIND that the name establishment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, pursuant to Article III, Class 5(4) of the City’s Environmental Guidelines. FIND that the name of the private driveway off San Fernando Road, between Elm Street and Chaucer Street, shown on Exhibit A of the City Engineer report dated May 4, 2023, attached to the Council file, be established as Kerr Road (Private Driveway). INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit the Council’s action on this matter to the Board of Supervisors, County of Los Angeles, pursuant to Section 34092 of the Government Code.
