(15) 23-0098 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to amending the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to make changes to the requirements for written contracts. Recommendation for Council action: REQUEST the City Attorney to amend its draft ordinance for LAAC Section 10.2 and include Section 10.2.1 (a) and (c), which relate to contracts funded by General City Purposes and Assembly Bill 1290.
