No. 5002-005-025, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP).  Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated May 25, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1320 West 53rd Street (Case No. 679577), Assessor I.D. No. 5002-005-025, from the REAP.
