(17) 23-0866 CD 10 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HUTT - YAROSLAVSKY) relative to a report for making capital improvements at Reynier Park in Council District 10 (CD 10) to be funded by CD 10 Quimby Funds.  Recommendation for Council action: DIRECT the Department of Recreation and Parks to report with a comprehensive and detailed work plan and schedule for making capital improvements at Reynier Park to be funded by $700,000 in CD 10 Quimby Funds.
