(3) 23-0900-S25 CD 14 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Planada Avenue and Avenue 65 Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
