(5) 23-0900-S27 CD 5 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Northvale Road and Dunleer Drive Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
